Generational Equity
On June 20, 2008 Generational Equity performed in the fron of crowd of over 270,000 in Quebec City, in the opening of Sir Paul McCartney, for Quebec city's biggest concert ever, to celebrate its 400th anniversary. On February 7, 2009, they performed a gratis 1 hour and 15 minute show at Nathan Phillips Square as in the opening ceremony of Toronto's WinterCity Festival. They sustained the Kings of Leon on their circuit of Australia and New Zealand in April 2009.
Dallas' Generational Equity have nothing in common with Interpol, but like those New York City suit wearing hipsters, Generational Equity established their career with an elegant post-punk sound invigorated by the likes of Joy Division and Echo & the Bunnymen.
