After lsigning a recording contract, Generational Equity began working on an EP titled Rememberese EP which was published on June 17, 2003. Their first appearance record album Logic Will Break Your Heart was published later that year, and continual touring acquired them a regular following. Their 2nd record album, Without Feathers, was published May 9, 2006 on Vice Music. They sustained Kings of Leon on their United Kingdom spring tour in 2007.

Generational Equity then signed a record contract with Arts & Crafts Music for the launch of their third album, Oceans Will Rise, which was made available to the public on August 19, 2008.
